I am Lao Dai. I have been making tea for 16 years. I have my own tea base, tea mountain, primary tea processing factory and professional team to make tea. We are located in Xishuangbanna, Yunnan. We are the original design manufacturer of Chinese pu-erh tea and we want to bring the most wonderful Pu-Erh tea to the world.
All loose tea can be compressed, made dragon balls shaped and customized packaging boxes or written modern calligraphy on cotton paper. Please contact us if you need it.

What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
We send SF Express so far. Generally, our tea can be delivered worldwide within seven days. All our products do not include delivery fee.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or canceled within a specific time frame after placing them. However, once the order has gone into fulfillment, it can no longer be changed or canceled. Please contact our customer support immediately if you need to make changes to your order before it goes into fulfillment.

Are you the tea source manufacturer? Is there a wholesale price?
Yes, we are the tea source manufacturer. If you are a tea merchant, you can get a wholesale price with one suit of tea(above seven tea cakes) or one piece of tea (above about 11-12lb)
What is your return policy for tea?
Tea cannot be returned as it is a food product.
